Analyze production data (NCRs, rework, capacity) and track key performance metrics (Six Sigma/DPMO) Maintain accurate shop floor documentation and train teams on new procedures Provide technical support for special transformer designs to optimize manufacturing times. 2. Planning Specialist General Requirements: D4/S1 Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial or any related majors Fresh graduate up to 2 years experience from graduate date English language skill at excellent level Excellent in communication skill Excellent in computer skill (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel with Visual Basic) Job Descriptions: Coordinate in developing MRP to maintain stock levels, while coordinating with purchasing, design, warehouse, and finance departments Support purchasing to develop a work schedule from the issuance of the Purchase Order (PO) to the project’s handover Maintain production planning based on production capacity and contractual delivery Ensure all material status for production comply with production needed Ensure all production process status for production comply with production needed 3. Testing Engineer General requirements: S1 Electrical Engineering Fresh graduate up to 2 years experience from graduate date English language skill at excellent level Excellent in communication skill Excellent in computer skill (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel with Visual Basic) Active in organization Job Descriptions: Prepare transformer ready for testing Perform electrical test: routine, type and special test under supervision of Testbay Engineer and Testbay Supervisor Ensuring control panel tested and working properly Explain inspector related to test procedures during FAT Support investigation when transformer failed during test Support preparation of test report 4. Quality Control Engineer General requirements: S1 Electrical Engineering Fresh graduate up to 2 years experience from graduate date English language skill at excellent level Excellent in communication skill Excellent in computer skill (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel with Visual Basic) Active in organization Job Descriptions: Execution of daily inspection activities in related to quality control processes. Detection of any deviation and non-conformance products or processes. Ensure the packing of deliver product refer to designated procedure which fulfilling safety requirement Support any quality improvement of processes and / or products.
